The First Fully Bookable Mobile LED OOH Experience in Egypt

Road Reach Team — Blue Agency
The First Fully Bookable Mobile LED OOH Experience in Egypt

Quick answer: Road Reach is the first mobile LED advertising screen in Egypt you can book entirely online — no phone tag, no waiting on quotes. You choose your campaign type, pick a route, select your dates from a calendar showing live availability, watch the price calculate in real time, and confirm with a deposit. The whole process takes under three minutes from your phone.

What "fully bookable" actually means in outdoor advertising

Egypt's out-of-home (OOH) market has run the same way for two decades: call a broker, wait for a quote, ask about availability, get told two days later that the site is taken, start over. That cycle consumes more of a media buyer's week than planning the campaign itself.

Fully bookable means every one of those steps is now transparent and online:

  • Availability — you see which days are open and which are taken, yourself, on a calendar.
  • Price — it updates live as you change dates and slot count.
  • Confirmation — you pay a deposit and lock the dates in the same session.
  • Proof — once live, you track the screen by GPS and watch your ad on a livestream.

That is the difference between *requesting a quote* and *making a booking*. It's why Road Reach feels closer to booking a flight than to buying billboard space.

What you're actually booking

Road Reach isn't a static panel. It's a fleet-grade truck carrying three synchronized LED screens totalling 20 m², driving through congested streets for 10 hours a day, 3PM to 1AM — inside real evening traffic, not when the roads are empty.

Because the content is fully digital, you can swap your video at any time at no reprinting cost — something structurally impossible with a printed billboard.

How to book, step by step (6 steps)

Booking happens on the Road Reach booking page and moves through six clear steps.

Step 1 — Choose your campaign type

Two options:

  • Loop: you share the screen with other advertisers in a rotation. Your 15-second slot repeats throughout the day. The most cost-effective way on the road.
  • Exclusive: the screen runs your campaign and nothing else, for the whole day. Zero on-screen competition.

Step 2 — Choose your route

  • North Coast: the internal coastal road from Marina to Amwaj, through Hacienda, Marassi and Sidi Abdel Rahman.
  • Sheikh Zayed & 6 October: a loop across West Cairo's busiest, highest-spend zones.

Step 3 — Choose your dates

This is where the system does the heavy lifting. The calendar shows you:

  • Each day's status: Available · Limited · Booked · Unavailable.
  • Remaining slots on every available day.
  • Slots per day — pick 1 to 6 (Loop). More slots means more repetitions of your ad on the same day.
  • A "Select the whole month" button for monthly campaigns, and "Clear selection" if you change your mind.

As you select, the running total updates instantly along with the per-day rate. No surprises at the end.

Step 4 — Review your summary

The summary shows campaign type, package, your exact selected dates, slot count, number of campaign days, total price, required deposit and remaining balance. It also includes the Agency Coupon Code field for partner agencies — see how agency discount codes work.

Step 5 — Your details

You specify whether you're booking as a Company, an Agency, or an Individual, then enter name, company, email, phone and country. Tax registration number and billing address are optional — but filling them in means your invoice comes out in the official format your finance team needs.

Step 6 — Deposit

Pay the deposit and the booking is confirmed. Your dates are locked under your name immediately and closed to other advertisers.

Why this beats a traditional billboard

FeatureTraditional billboardRoad Reach
LocationOne fixed spot, seen once per passRoams selected high-traffic zones

TimingNo control over when it's seenOperates in prime hours, 3PM–1AM

That last row matters more than it looks. Single-day booking opens up use cases the Egyptian OOH market simply didn't serve: a store opening, a flash sale, a product launch, or one high-impact day before a major event.

Real-world use cases

  • A restaurant or beach club on the North Coast: a one-week loop through peak hours, 3PM to 1AM, with the video swapped daily to match each day's offer.
  • A branch opening in Sheikh Zayed: a single exclusive day, the entire screen carrying one message, routed around the neighbourhood.
  • A product launch: a monthly loop with a mid-campaign creative change to test two messages — at no extra cost.
  • A known brand campaign: Frida (by Fridal) ran its summer campaign on our screen along the North Coast for 10 days, 10 hours a day, using a 3D creative that generated organic social media responses from viewers.

You watch your ad run — you don't read about it in a report

The single biggest complaint in Egyptian OOH is: *how do I know my ad actually ran?* Road Reach answers that two ways.

  1. Live GPS tracking — a real-time map showing where the truck is now and where it has been, with route and timing.
  2. Client livestream — open your phone and watch your ad playing on the screen, from anywhere, at any time. A first in Egypt.

After the campaign, you receive a performance report covering routes and reach and impression estimates. More on this in campaign governance and tracking.

Frequently asked questions

Can I book a mobile LED billboard for just one day?Yes. We offer flexible durations, and a single-day booking is always available — ideal for store openings, flash sales and product launches.

Does the ad keep moving the whole time?Yes. The screen is mounted on a truck that stays on the move through busy streets for up to 10 hours a day.

Is the mobile LED screen visible during the day?Yes. The screen uses high-brightness panels built for outdoor use, so your ad stays sharp and clearly visible in direct sunlight.

Can you display 3D creatives?Absolutely. Our LED screen ads support full 3D designs and full-motion video, seen from every angle as the truck moves.

Can I change my videos frequently?Absolutely. Your content is fully digital, so you can swap or update videos whenever you want, with no reprinting costs.

Can I get more than 15 seconds of airtime?Yes. Fifteen seconds is a common starting length, but you can book longer slots — 30 seconds or more.

Can the truck park in a specific location?Routes can be targeted to your chosen areas. Stopping in a specific spot depends on traffic regulations and permits.

A note on pricing: live rates are shown on the booking page and come straight from the booking system, so the figure you see there is always the current one.
